SUMMARY:

Confinement dairy farming seeks to maximize production per area, but faces environmental challenges due to the nutrient-rich waste generated. The constructed wetland technique has been highlighted as a low-cost approach to effluent treatment, and the use of cattle wastewater (ARB) in these systems could be promising. Therefore, this research project aims to assess the feasibility of using (ARB) as a fertilizer for radish and rocket crops, contributing to a more sustainable agricultural system. The importance of this project lies in promoting agro-ecological agriculture, in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Replacing synthetic fertilizers with ARB can reduce pressure on water resources and minimize environmental impacts. By evaluating this practice, we hope to provide subsidies for more efficient and environmentally responsible agriculture.
