RESUMO:

In areas of agricultural production where the use of the herbicide glyphosate is frequent, the population increase of trapoeraba (Commelina benghalensis) and (Commelina diffusa) species  has been reported, due to the tolerance to this herbicide. Thus, the isolated use of glyphosate herbicide to control these weed species is not feasible. Thus, the control of these species can be performed with desiccation management combined with the use of preemergent herbicides or postemergent herbicides in mixture, expanding the spectrum of action and control effectiveness. The objective of this work is to evaluate the absorption and translocation of the herbicides glyphosate, 2,4D, saflufenacil and the efficacy in the control of trapoeraba (Commelinna benghalensis) and (Commelina diffusa) species in pre and post emergence with the application alone and in mixture of herbicides. Three will be conducted, two of them at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro - Seropédica / RJ, in the experimental area of the Environmental Weed and Pesticide Group (PDPA), and the third at the Nuclear Energy Ecotoxicology Laboratory of Agriculture (CENA / USP). The first experiment will be conducted in a randomized block design with four replications where the efficacy of pre-emergent herbicides (Imazetapyr, S-Metolachlor, Flumioxazine, Diclosulam, Imazetapir + Flumioxazine, Clomazone and Diurom + Sulfentrazone and control) will be evaluated. of trapoeraba (Comelinna benghalensis) and (Commelina diffusa). The second aims to evaluate the efficacy of isolated and mixed post-emergent herbicides for the control of the same species. The experimental design will be in randomized blocks, with four replications, in an AxB factorial scheme, with factor A being herbicides and factor B being phenological stages (8-12 cm and 20-25 cm). The herbicides used will be: glyphosate, 2,4-D, glyphosate + flumioxazine, glyphosate + chlorimuron, glyphosate + chloransulam, glyphosate + 2,4-D, glyphosate + 2,4-D + saflufenacil, glyphosate + carfentrazone, glyphosate + triclopyr and glyphosate + triclopyr + saflufenacil and control. Will be performed at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after application (DAA) evaluations of phytotoxicity and transient fluorescence of chlorophyll a. At 28 DAA an evaluation will be performed of area length (CPA) and shoot dry mass (MSPA). The third experiment will be conducted in a completely randomized design with four replications, where the glyphosate, 2,4D and saflufenacil herbicides will be applied in order to evaluate their absorption and translocation, making evaluations in periods of 6, 12, 24. , 48, 72 hours after treatment with the radiolabelled herbicides glyphosate, 2,4D and saflufenacil. The data will be submitted to analysis of variance p≤0.05); and being significant, the means will be compared by Tukey test at 5% probability.
