RESUMO:

The acquisitions of family agriculture to supply the University Restaurant (PAA) and the Family Agriculture Fair (FAF) have been carried out in the UFRRJ in an inter-sectoral and articulated manner, involving Pro-Rectories of Financial, Student and Extension Affairs, articulated through the University Extension Program "Strengthening Family Agriculture in the Baixada Fluminense and South Center of the State of Rio de Janeiro". Also noteworthy is the articulation with the Agronomic Residency, a program in which agronomists undergoing continuous training work on the operation of both channels, assisting in the organization, technical assistance and technological extension with an agro-ecological approach to the participating farmers. The present project will be developed by the author as a researcher, master of the Graduate Program in Organic Agriculture and as participant observer, acting as resident agronomist. The objectives of the present study are to describe and analyze the experience of Call 01/2017 of PAA at UFRRJ (Campus Seropédica); improve the registration and analysis methodology of FAF commercialization; analyze FAF and PAA as channels for promoting food sovereignty and security and nutrition (SSAN). Qualitative-quantitative research will be conducted, including bibliographic and documentary review, as well as participant observation and semi-structured interviews. For billing analysis of the Family Agriculture Fair will be used marketing report and for the PAA, the results of the implementation of Call 01/2017. SSAN will be analyzed from the following dimensions: production and supply of fruits and vegetables, including unconventional food plants (Panc); supply and marketing of organic products and the agroecological transition; income generation and solidarity economy; participation of women and integration actions between the fair and the university
