SUMMARY:

The general objective of the work will be to evaluate the agronomic efficiency of fertilization with fermented compounds formulated from vegetable raw materials in comparison to aviary "manure" manure, in organic carrot cultivation. The dissertation will be organized and structured in 3 stages. The first stage will be the survey of available information regarding the use of organic inputs for soil fertilization in properties of families that are part of the Solidarity Coastal Nucleus. The source of information for this stage will be the organic management plan, which are digitized in the database of the Ecovida Network of Agroecology. The second stage will be the production and characterization of fermented bokashi-type compounds produced with vegetable raw materials, such as wheat bran, rice bran, castor bean bran, soybean bran and alfalfa hay, from the preparation of compounds fermented on a laboratory scale. There will be a total of 15 treatments, arranged in a completely randomized design, distributed in a 5 x 3 factorial arrangement, with three replications. The first factor will be the proportion of mixtures with two sources of high C/N ratio, wheat bran (FT) and rice bran (FA), arranged in five levels 60%, 45%, 30%, 15% and 0%, aiming at the replacement of FT by FA. The second factor will be three sources of low C/N ratio, castor bran (FM), soy bran (FS) and alfalfa hay (FAl), standardized in the proportion of 40%. The third stage of the work will be the evaluation of the agronomic performance of carrots, fertilized with fermented compounds of the bokashi type, formulated with different vegetable raw materials and poultry litter in organic production management. The experimental design will be randomized blocks, containing five treatments of fermented compounds, with the following proportions: 60% FT + 40% FM; 30% FT + 30% FA + 40% FJ; 15% FT +% FA + 40% FJ; 30% FT + 30% FA + 40% FAl; and 15% FT +% FA + 40% FAl. Another treatment with poultry litter and a control treatment, totaling seven treatments with four repetitions. A single dose of 200 kg of N / ha-1 will be used for the fermented compounds and for the poultry litter. Carrot from cv. Brasília, adopting a spacing of 0.30 x 0.05 m. Statistical analyzes will be performed with the aid of the statistical program SISVAR version 5.6, using the Tukey test at the level of 5% probability.
