RESUMO:

The understanding of organic agriculture being a balanced and economically viable system that generates products in accordance with the standards and criteria for the conformity assessment of organic qualities is essential for the construction of a fair trade system Usually connected to the family production system. Specifically, as in the area of family agriculture, the municipality of Seropédica has some rural settlements such as the morning sun, children of the sun, high houses, PA Moura Costa, Santa Alice, Collective, unicoloured, INCRA and Piranema (GUIMARÃES et al, 2009) which were originated from expropriations of unproductive land when the municipality was still Itaguaí district. The proposal of this work arises from the need to understand the construction of direct marketing routes in the municipality of Seropédica in order to strengthen the local market by instrumenting the producer and diversifying its capacity to expand the production in order to  To bring the possibility of access to populations vulnerable to these foods via short circuits through surveys and analyses of the profile of producers and organic production and in transition Agroecological in the municipality of Seropédica and also of the channels of Commercialization accessed by the organic producers registered on the map. This work will have at first a revision of the bibliography on the subject matter and then a case study (YIN, 2010) which shall have documentation (articles, dissertations, technical reports, meeting minutes, public call announcements), Observation (meetings with three GSP groups ABIO in Seropédica). It will be held interviews with the family farmers in the family agriculture fair besides the key actors: Managers UFRRJ-PAA/PNAE and NEA and producers in addition to questionnaire with consumers. In the analysis of the data collected authors such as PRODANOV and FREITAS (2013) will be used in the guidance and clarification on the processes of research beyond the systematization and analysis of the contents of the collected data. In this way, they become fundamental to orient the path of construction of knowledge that involves the interaction between researcher and research group. This is expected to open new marketing channels for expansion (FONSECA, 2007) of the sector and also the need for improvements in the infrastructure of organized groups in relation to the logistics and distribution of these products leading to a possible Increase in organic consumption in the municipality. The relevance is also given in the proposal of adequacy and integration of farmers in the short circuits, whether they are organic producers or in transition agroecological seeking to build a framework for valuing the practice of production and consumption of products Organic and thus contribute to the improvement of the supply of organic products from small producers (family or not). Ultimately, our proposal is to articulate with the community of farmers actions aimed at helping farmers in the basic processes of distribution, marketing and trust with consumers.
