SUMMARY:

The present project proposes an analysis of the influence of the subjective dimension of the vegetable garden in the construction of official documents aimed at the implementation and implementation of this tool for the consolidation of Health Promotion and Food and Nutrition Security policies in Primary Health Care. The increase in Diseases Non-communicable Chronicles, characterized by the consumption of ultra-processed foods and physical inactivity associated with climate change, constitute a global syndemia of obesity, malnutrition and climate change. In view of this, the garden emerges as a potent tool for convergence between knowledge related to food, nutrition and the environment in order to stimulate actions that promote health, sustainability and food and nutritional security through its multidimensional profile. Provided for in important documents that prioritize the agroecological model in substitution to the current hegemonic model of food production, the garden is configured as an important instrument of social participation, intersectoral articulation and formation of knowledge. The incentive for the creation of vegetable gardens enabled the development of technical materials for the implementation and implementation of these spaces in order to assist social actors in the planning and execution of activities. Considering the garden as a multidimensional space, it is essential to complement the technical knowledge necessary to structure the garden with the subjective dimension of the actors involved in this process in order to consider individual aspects such as food identity, culture, belief and history for the production of meaning and strengthening the garden-individual-society bond. The present work is configured as a case study that will have a qualitative approach and the information will be obtained through the data collected in the conclusion of a previous course, approved by the Research Ethics Committees of the proposing and co-participating institution under the respective Certificate of Presentation of Ethical Appreciation (CAAE) 29122819.6.0000.5285 and 29122819.6.3001.5279, in addition to documentary analysis, based on the assumption of a theoretical model existing in the characterization of the dimensions to which the garden crosses. The document analysis will take place from the reading and filing of electronic documents intended for the implementation and implantation of vegetable gardens at institutional and / or community level elaborated from the year 2000. The analysis of the data will take place through content analysis, after the steps of organizing the data and defining categories. It is intended to investigate the participation of the subjective dimension in the construction of documents that assist the implantation and implementation of the garden, in addition to its articulation with other tools and resources.
