SUMMARY:
The present work aims to analyze the possibilities of using the Tower of Hanoi in a teaching and remote learning environment. For that, we planned a didactic design containing a classroom environment developed with varied exploration activities of different Tower of Hanoi applications to analyze the data obtained from this exploration. The methodology consists of an exploratory pedagogical intervention with technologies. The fieldwork was carried out in a class of undergraduates in mathematics IE – 395 Teaching Mathematics II at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), with 6 meetings on the meeting and video conference platform, Google Meet, aiming to explore the Tower of Hanoi with touch screen so that future teachers understand the diversity of approach to this resource and are inspired to use it efficiently after their training. Data were produced from written responses, diaries, motion capture on the screen recorder, handouts and other resources to develop the activities. In addition to the development of the educational product, at the end of the dissertation we will propose a didactic sequence (involving activities and answers, some adapted for use in touch screen devices) based on the readings of professional master's dissertations located in the Capes Theses and Dissertations Catalog (CTDC), as illustrated in the first chapter.
