SUMMARY:

This study focuses on analyzing the images constructed by trans students about prison education from their oral reports and is organized in three parts. We begin by presenting the concepts that explain and support the theoretical basis adopted in this text, which articulates contemporaneity, difference and (Trans)sexualities; all this being stitched together by the concept of dialogue. Thus, we aim to analyze the educational situation of Trans women in a situation of seclusion from their own perspectives, in order to legitimize gender identities, sexuality, human rights, and respect for the place of speech, considering as subjects of the research, trans women, deprived of liberty at the Plácido de Sá Carvalho Penal Institute, in Gericinó - Rio de Janeiro-RJ. In the second part, we turn our attention to the emergence of prison education, emphasizing that this, turns to plurality and difference, rejecting proselytizing postures of any nature. In the light of Brazilian legislation, we present the curricular proposal of a formal education systematized to groups that are prisoners, sub-humanized, pluralized and not opportunistic to the post-critical perspective of education. Thirdly, we explain the methodology used in conducting the interviews in which we conducted the theme and the data analysis process from the oral reports of the participants, which led to the formulation of explanatory arguments, continuing the proposal of a didactic product in narrative podcast format available on spotify, elaborated from the silenced voices of trans women in seclusion participants in this research with the aim of collaborating with a more humanized training and prepare teachers and students for the most varied social demands that are presented to us in different educational spaces. As final considerations of the research, new demands were identified for training and professional performance introduced by the need for continued training, which are still subject to the contributions of the qualification evaluating bank.
