The present academic work aims to contribute to the continued training of teachers through the production of support material on sexual and gender education, since it is widely reported in the literature in the area that deficient initial training is one of the problems that affects effective Sexual Education in day-to-day school life. To this end, research was carried out on the work of recent years in Professional Postgraduate Programs in Science and Mathematics Teaching in Brazil, in the Capes catalog of theses and dissertations under the keyword “sexual education”. The dissertations and educational products found were cataloged and analyzed, as well as the characterization of the postgraduate programs. The research highlighted the importance of an integrated and continuous approach to sexual education, which considers the needs of students and the cultural contexts in which they are inserted. As a result, an eBook was developed as an educational product, designed to be easily accessed via the internet, educational and useful for teachers from different backgrounds. The material includes information on terms related to the topic, history, legislation and regulations that protect and regulate teaching in schools.
