SUMMARY:

The presente work addesses a pedagogical proposal for Mathematics classes in Elementary School I that dialogues with the learning of Synnetry through Sona Geometry from the perspective of Ethomathematics also addressing law 10639/03. After a bibliographical research, we seek to develop and suggest activities, througu a Didactic Sequence, that help students in learning Symmetry, in a playful and contextualized way, with Sonas Geometry drawings as their theme. The objective is to guarantee meaningful learning of mathematics anda pomote reflective awareness for students in elementar school I. This research is justified by the need to think about possibilities for teaching mathematics in elementatary school I that woudd contribute to better student learning.
