RESUMO:

This work arises from the questioning regarding the necessary training of teachers in the area of Physics in relation to contents of teaching (knowing how to teach) within the ternary knowledge relation / apprentice / educator, in specific, modern physics contents, referring to restricted relativity and general of Einstein, which are part of the program content of the Minimum Curriculum of the State of Rio de Janeiro, placed for the 3rd bimester of the 1st year of High School. Due to their complexity, these subjects constitute a real challenge to the didactic transposition, generating in many teachers a feeling of disbelief regarding the feasibility of its implementation.
In this sense, our research seeks to explore the fundamentals of this teaching difficulty, showing that there are paths within the aforementioned ternary relationship that facilitate didactic transposition and the process of acquiring this knowledge. We propose, therefore, the path of transversality and interdisciplinarity, showing that the relationships that eventually exist between cultural expressions and seemingly so different knowledge, such as Art and Physics. For this, we did bibliographic research that led to the parallel between the artistic production of Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein's scientist, allowing, through this interdisciplinarity, a contextualization of otherwise abstract physical concepts.
This work aims as a final product a didactic workshop aimed at teaching the theme of Einstein's Relativity, in an eminently conceptual way and with a mathematical approach absolutely compatible with the knowledge of the high school students of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
