SUMMARY:

This research focuses on an approach to studying triangles with the context of isometries through the GeoGebra environment. The project's general objective is to develop a medium-term activity in which students, future mathematics teachers, can delve deeper into the teaching of geometry – specifically isometries and triangles – through the appropriation of digital technologies. We hope to study, in accordance with productions in the area, the forms usually established in the classroom regarding Education in Geometry, particularly in the context of the study of triangles and isometries with the support of digital technologies. From then on, we wish to reflect, together with students and future teachers, on activities that involve digital technologies in teaching triangles and isometries through GeoGebra. Based on these reflections, we will organize an extension course based on the theme of teaching triangles and isometries based on the use of digital technologies through GeoGebra.
