The present research aims to analyze the commercialization of goods propagated by informal commerce in the railway transport mode of the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro, from the perspective of the two circuits of the urban economy. Throughout the proposal, questions will be raised regarding the role of transport as an axis of organization and segregation of urban space. We also intend to discuss the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the reproduction of street vendors.
