This work intends a theoretical and practical deepening on the brewery and on the analyzes that guide the Economic Geography and the spatial and productive relations in the current phase of capitalism. Starting from the financial and productive magnitude of AMBEV, this qualification report intends to present the methodological paths of the dissertation, in addition to the objectives and justification of the study of Territorial-Productive Restructuring in the light of the brewing market, more specifically of the AMBEV Brewery and its subsidiary From Rio.
