The dissertation proposal aims to evaluate the accessibility of the interface of a
Lato sensu specialization considering digital accessibility from the perspective of
Universal Design in Learning (DUA). The line of research is integrated with
Digital Data Mining in the area of Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of
Social Dynamics. The field of research will be the Virtual Learning Environment -
Moodle platform of the lato sensu specialization course in Special Education and
Technological Innovation (AVA Moodle EEIT) in partnership with the Extension School of
Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) with the Department of Science and
Technology of Rio de Janeiro (SECTI) and the Science and Education Center Foundation
Superior Distance from the State of Rio de Janeiro (CECIERJ Foundation). So, the
qualitative methodological path will be developed in two dimensions: in the first
dimension will have the analysis of the results obtained from the Virtual Environment of
Learning – Moodle platform of the lato sensu specialization course in
Special Education and Technological Innovation (AVA Moodle EEIT) using the
automatic accessibility assessment through the ASES Software. On Monday
dimension, we will apply a checklist containing the assessment instrument taking into account
consideration of the principles, guidelines and checkpoints that govern the Design
Universal in Learning. For the construction of the results we will use the tabulation
of data through tables, graphs, tables and/or indexes, in addition to the analysis
diagnosis, in order to understand the causes and effects of the applied action.
