SUMMARY:

The urban process study is important to correct understand the cities growing, especial to problems related to public policy. Even though several features are shared with cities in all world, some characteristic are different in Latin American in related to Europe cities, in special case of social economic classes.  In fact, urban growing of last decades makes arise a segregation economic class in America Latin cities. In order to study and understand segregation economic class in America Latin cities and its impacts, we proposes a simulation model based on multi-agent, which the urban dynamic simulation  shows new perspectives  in urban growing phenomena and urban social segregation.
