SUMMARY:

The project investigates the didactic planning of pedagogical mediations in Physical Education with Early Childhood Education, focusing on children's participation in this process. Based on the Sociology of Childhood, the study recognizes children as active subjects, proposing a pedagogical practice constructed in co-authorship. The research aims to systematize a proposal for planning pedagogical mediations in Physical Education that contemplates the listening and participation of children. The research is qualitative in nature, articulating a state-of-the-art research with an existential action research (Barbier, 2002), carried out with a Pre-II class of a school unit of the City of Rio de Janeiro. Data analysis will follow a descriptive-interpretative approach, based on records of pedagogical mediations, observations and children's narratives. As an educational product, a didactic unit plan will be developed, constructed from the contributions of children in the mediations experienced.
