SUMMARY:

The anaerobic biodigest of vines in nature is an activity that generates biogas and is properly destined for vines, the main sub-product of ethanol production, its residue is biodigerated vines, a digestate with better physical-chemical characteristics, less direct toxicity to plants and preservation of mineral nutrients. essenciais. In parallel, the use of bacteria that promote plant growth, such as Nitrospirillum viridazoti, is also necessary to reduce synthetic chemical inputs in agriculture. The objective of this work is to evaluate the potential for promoting the growth of biodigested vines, as well as its joint application with the strain Nitrospirillum viridazoti (BR11145), not initially establishing grasses. The study was conducted at Embrapa Agrobiologia and structured in two main phases. In Phase 1, the use of natural vines with biodigested vines is contrasted by bioassays conducted in incubators (BOD) and in the home of vegetation using milho cultivars (SHS5050 and KWS7051) and individualized sugarcane seeds (RB867515). Phase 2 investigates the interaction and agronomic potential of the joint application of biodigested vines with bacterial inoculation. Biometric and morphophysiological parameters were analyzed, with emphasis on root architecture by means of the WinRhizo® software. The results of Phase 1 show that biodigested vinhaça acts as a biostimulant superior to its natural form. Its application promotes an accumulation of biomass in the aerial part and induces a morphological restructure in the root system of plants, favoring the metabolism for the proliferation of fine and superfine roots, essential for water and nutritional absorption. In Phase 2, the bioassays do not evidence an immediate and homogeneous additive effect of inoculation together with the digestate. Contudo, no experiment of longer duration with pre-sprouted seedlings of sugar cane, confirmed a consistent increase of dry mass of the aerial and root part under inoculation. It is concluded that biodigested vinhaça is effective in promoting initial growth in grasses. Embora a synergy with bacteria that have not been expressed additively in a short period, the extension of the capillarized malha of roots provided by digestate suggests the possibility of an indirect benefit for colonization by N. viridazoti in propagation systems of pre-sprouted seedlings.
