SUMMARY:

Sexuality is a minor topic within studies on rural youth, which do not take into account the topic’s importance for both individual and collective dynamics. Therefore, based on the idea that sexuality encompasses a multiplicity of experiences and that it is closely linked to the cultural aspects experienced by each person, this work aims to analyze the multiple affective-sexual experiences lived by the Movimento de Mulheres Camponesas (MMC) young activists. The intention is to analyze how sex, affectivity, and agency are worked within the movement and in the militants' personal lives, observing the convergences and disputes that these themes can generate.
