The study proposes to reflect on History and Trauma from an artistic perspective. In it, we can highlight the events derived from the bombings suffered by Japan at the end of World War II from two feature films: Barefoot Gen(1973) and Grave of Fireflies (1988), which are Japanese animations better known as anime.
