Cultural heritage, feast and identitary construction: a process analyses of quilombola

We intend to analyze the title process and its deployments in the urban Barranco de São Benedito Quilombo, located in Praça 14 neighborhood, in Manaus City, Amazonas state.
The community has been formed by the Maranhão (Brazilian state located in northeast regionof the country) people immigrants and ex-slaves on the end of XIX century in Alcantara city, in Maranhão state, for the amazon region. With these black people group arrival, their cultural and religious anifests, among its was the São Benedito feast that was the first realized celebration by the people in Praça 14 de janeiro spatiality, that by the time it wasn’t urbanized.
The São Benedito feast have transmitted from generation to generation in Barranco community and it was a primordial aspect for the effectiveness of its recognition as Urban Quilombo in 2014 by Fundação Cultural Palmares (FCP). In that way, we consider the agency of quilombolas people from Barranco on the mobilization of their history and memories, as well as the cultural heritage for construction and probate of their ethnic identity, that has permitted the concretion the quilombola certified. Beyond that, we comprehend the title meanwhile a moment that created a reconfiguration in the black people community. For the process analyses, we will use the oral interview from quilombolas owing to assimilate this event from an intern sight, we will embody the legislation too, the official documents and the families registers as a complementary form.
