The present work  aims to analyze the concept of duration developed by the historian Fernand   Braudel (1902 - 1985) based on his texts and his commentators pointing out possible relationships with the durational perception of the french philosopher Henri Bergson (1859 - 1951) . The criteria used for temporal delimitation here are linked to the production time of the authors in question, Braudel and Bergson.
