THE INSTITUTIONAL QUALIFICATION PROGRAM AT THE FEDERAL RURAL UNIVERSITY OF RIO DE JANEIRO (2018 -2022): REFLECTIONS ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DEVELOPMENT POLICY FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.

This research in the area of Education is interested in analyzing the implementation of the Institutional Qualification Program (PQI) between 2018 and 2022, using documentary research as a methodology. The PQI aims to qualify professors and administrative technicians in education at UFRRJ (TAES) in Graduate Programs in different areas in Master's and Doctorate courses. The general objective of the research is to investigate the scope of the PQI within the scope of the continuing education policy of UFRRJ's technical administrative employees. A research was carried out in the legislation and in the external and internal documents of the UFRRJ and it was found that 72 (seventy-two) students were enrolled in the PQI between 2018 and 2022. Of these 72 enrolled students, 45 (forty-five) are students master's and 27 are doctoral students. Twenty-eight servers appear as finishers. Of the 23 dissertations analyzed, it was identified that approximately one third of the research carried out investigated themes related to UFRRJ.
