ABSTRACT
This dissertation aimed to study the entrepreneurial formulations that permeate Brazilian curriculum policies and their intentionality in the formulation of an educational project that focus on the adjustment of the working class. We investigated the behavioral modeling in the policy proposals of All for Education from the High School Reform and the National Common Curricular Base. Based on the elements presented throughout the text, we can say that All for Education built the Secondary Education Reform and the National Common Curricular Base with great influence. The organization updates the recommendations of international organizations in the Brazilian context and promotes policy reforms to model workers for precarious jobs. All for Education has a training project for Brazilian education that is based on behavioral modeling, aimed at acquiring socio-emotional skills. The general objective of the research was to analyze whether the policy formulations of All for Education for the curriculum intend to model the behavior of young Brazilians through school education. This is a documentary research, based on historical-dialectical materialism, using as support the theoretical contributions of Antonio Gramsci. Includes primary and secondary sources. We started with a literature review at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and at Scielo, identifying the main works that dialogue with our object and our objectives, as well as a documentary survey by All for Education, the World Bank and organizations linked to them.
