SUMMARY: 
During the research, we will seek to understand the context of the creation of the Council of Black Entities of the Interior of the State of Rio de Janeiro (CENIERJ),
from its foundation (1987) until the end of the 1990s.
Bring the political relationships that took place in these spaces, also seeking to interpret the participation of black women in that group.
We have also appropriated autoethnography, as we intend to relate our journey as a black woman,
basic education teacher with her practices based on anti-racist education,
as well as an activist of the black movement in the political perspective of daily clashes in the research itself,
in an attempt to also dialogue with authors specific to this area.
