SUMMARY:

The present study, which is in qualification phase, aims to analyze the experiences of black women who organize themselves through collectives to claim and fight for justice and reparation for the deaths of their children, victims of the armed arm of the State. For this, we will carry out the research work with the Movement "Network of mothers and relatives of the Baixada", a group created after the Chacina da Baixada on March 31, 2005, whose main objective is to provide psychological and legal assistance to families that have been affected by this type of violence. In addition, this same collective promotes the visitation of mothers and relatives of victims in peripheral communities of the region; mobilizes and articulates public acts for the right to memory and justice, as well as promoting debates and discussion rounds. The structuring of the research is born from the desire to conduct an intersectional dialogue, given that, based on research data, it can be stated that the black population historically suffers with the genocide of its community, Mothers are the bereaved subjects who become orphans of their children and lose the right to exercise motherhood by those who should protect and ensure the right to life. The methodological contribution to be used, aims to correlate the theoretical framework of the black feminist movement in dialogue with the performance of a qualitative research, whose method to be used will be the realization of a semi-structured interview with 3 women members of the collective mentioned above. Among the preliminary importance of the study, it is worth highlighting the need to foster and expand more and more the feasibility of training spaces as the one provided by the collective "Network of mothers and relatives of the Baixada" in favor of the implementation of public policies that ensure the life of black people and effectively hold accountable the agents who act truculently with the peripheral black bodies.
