INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAL POLICIES AND DEMOCRATIC MANAGEMENT: CHALLENGES TO SCHOOL
TARGET AUDIENCE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION IN ANTON DWORSAK
/ DUQUE DE CAXIAS MUNICIPAL SCHOOL - RJInclusive Education, Public Policies, Democratic ManagementThis master's thesis chose as object of study Public Policies of Inclusive Education and the challenges to the schooling of the target audience of special education in a School of Duque de Caxias - RJ we intend to understand what is the role of democratic management in the inclusion of students with disabilities . The objectives of this research are: To characterize the Public Education Policies regarding the inclusion of the target public students of Special Education, its conception and implementation, in the municipality of Duque de Caxias; To characterize the experiences of the process of inclusion of the special education public students in the regular classes of the Municipal School Anton Dworsak, in the Municipality of Duque de Caxias, RJ, the study site; To characterize the experiences within the scope of the democratic management of the Anton Dworsak Municipal School, in the Municipality of Duque de Caxias / RJ, and its relation with the process of inclusion of the target public students of Special Education; To evaluate the conceptions of the members of the School Council, participants in the research, on the inclusion of the students targeted by Special Education in the school space; We will investigate the following questions: What are the impacts of the current Public Policies regarding the inclusion of the target audience of special education in the municipality of Duque de Caxias / RJ? What are the impacts of the current Public Policies regarding the inclusion of the target audience of special education in the experiences of the Anton Dworsak Municipal School, located in the municipality of Duque de Caxias / RJ? What experiences in democratic management are identified at the Anton Dworsak Municipal School? What relationships exist between such experiences and the inclusion of the target audience of special education? What do the members of the Anton Dworsak Municipal School School Board think about its management? Which relationships do they establish between the management of the school and inclusion of the target audience of special education? This research is based, theoretically-methodologically in Critical Theory, mainly the thinker Theodor Adorno. In addition to Theodor Adorno we also highlight the thinkers Damasceno, Costa, Paro, Mantoan, Glat, Freire and Gadotti. The research is being carried out at the Anton Dworsak Municipal School, Duque de Caxias Municipal School, having as subjects of study the Regular Teachers of this School and the members of the School Council of the researched school.
