Undergraduate Student-Convention Program - PEC-G: What African students tell us about Rio de Janeiro's public universities

Much our society has advanced over the centuries yet still today many people still suffer from racism in Brazil, we face situations in daily life, facing work, studies in which we are often judged by our phenotype, I come across these reports during the undergraduate and these situations marked me so that I decided to develop in this research when I came across in college with people who came from other countries, through the Student Program - Undergraduate Agreement - PECG, wanting to deepen on racial issues In this paper, we discuss the treatment that these students receive and through their speeches and looks how institutional racism works in the universities of Rio de Janeiro, and how they are received and the preparation of the program to receive them.
