RESUMO:

Current demands for basic education impose a different effort on teacher education than was employed a few years ago. The teaching conditions today increase the difficulties to teach, reflecting the need for future teachers to be trained more effectively, with greater practical knowledge about the reality in which they intend to act, and previously socialized in the spaces where they will exercise their teaching function. . The supervised internship presents itself as a moment of formation, characterized as a fundamental curricular activity in teacher education that enables the theory-practice unit. In addition, the Basic Education Teacher Training Guidelines define the basic education school as a space for teacher education. Given this new demand, the supervising teacher needs to be reconceptualized in relation to the supervised internship in order to meet the training needs of future teachers. Current literature points out that teachers receiving trainees are unaware of their role and do not know what they expect from them. In addition, they highlight the relationship between university and school, a relationship that has been distant and disconnected. In this way, supervising teachers lack training that enables them to understand their role and to serve them as in-service training so that they can graduate while helping to train. This project will be developed in a qualitative approach, from the perspective of intervention research in the constructive-collaborative model, and will aim to analyze, in the context of a Lato sensu specialization course for teacher supervisors, the impacts of this training on their conception and performance. as co-trainers of physical education teachers of basic education. The instruments and procedures adopted will be interviews, questionnaires, field diaries, audio and video recordings, documentary research and others that may be necessary during the constructive-collaborative research process. It is intended to analyze the training path, notably, the process of the internship supervisor if he perceives co-trainer of future teachers. It is expected, as a result of this study, to collaborate with the production of knowledge in the area of supervised internship and the training of physical education teachers in Brazil, from a continuous formation that values the knowledge of internship supervisors, and that makes it possible to verify the effects of this process on the space of school formation.
