SUMMARY:

The present work is characterized as a qualitative research, which, through

interviews carried out with eight black professors, who work in the Pedagogy Licentiate

from UFRRJ, seeks to understand how the formative processes (formal and non-formal)

individuals and collectives of these educators contributed to their practices

educational practices with regard to education for ethnic-racial relations and

what are their pedagogical conceptions for an anti-racist training. to the conclusion

of the research, the data collected in the interviews will be analyzed, categorized and

discussed with the theoretical framework.
