SUMMARY:

The purpose of this research is to analyze the possibilities of recording the practice of daycare teachers and teachers during the period of closing these spaces and maintaining the links remotely through technological tools. We seek to answer about the role of registration in the face of an atypical scenario, while we are crossed by the threat to life and constant mourning during the pandemic. The record is part of the attributions of teachers/teachers, however, we seek to resize this tool as records capable of reproducing memories and producing knowledge in order to contribute to the continuing education of teachers/teachers of Early Childhood Education. We intend with this, through the collected practice records, to emphasize the ethical political commitment of the teachers with their work and with the guarantee of the right to education. The theoretical framework of the research is built through the debate on professional identity made by Freire (1993), Kramer (2003) and Tiriba (2005); the practice of recording (FREIRE WEFFORT, 1983; OSTETTO, 2017); followed by a discussion on the record of historical-cultural practice and theory, in dialogue with Vygotsky (2009;2010); and Mello (2015). The empirical field is the Creche Municipal Prof. Danielle Batista da Silva, located in Itaguaí, due to the approximation of families as soon as activities were suspended and the permanence of the bond during the entire period without care for babies and children. Methodologically, we chose the theoretical-methodological conception of the narratives, as described by Abrahão (2003), as it is a method that, in addition to the research methodology, consists of reporting lived experiences and being a tool for teacher training and identity construction
