SUMMARY:

The research aims to consider how teachers articulate gender to the curriculum, and therefore to History classes, considering the places imposed on women. Aspects of autonomy in the development of the curriculum, female representation in the classroom and conflicts about the hierarchical relations between men and women, misogyny, chauvinism and violence.
