SUMMARY:

Over the years, various transformations have been taking place in the working world, especially regarding the transition from vertical work to horizontal ways of thinking about production. In the health field, health care policies and programs have turned their practices towards comprehensiveness and care practices as the main changes in their conjuncture. When thinking about practices that go beyond technical knowledge in the health field, there is a difficulty for management to predict the actual work to be done, since it is from the meeting of the intersubjectivities of the individuals who are involved in the process that the production of care and the meaning that professionals will give to the work be elaborated. Thus, this paper aims to investigate the role of the caregiver in face of these reformulations of the health management model, as well as to understand how the act of taking care of the unpredictability in the health work process is put into practice. In this paper we will use the qualitative methodology, carried out through the bibliographic research of related topics, in order to understand and contribute to future studies
