THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY IN JUNGUIAN PSYCHOTHERAPY USING EXPRESSIVE RESOURCES AND AYURVEDIC MASSAGE.
Jungian Psychotherapy, Personality, Ayurvedic Massage, Artistic Expression.
Nature with its complexity and magnitude enchanted and enchanted by the exuberance of shapes, colors and applications. It could not be different with human nature, because it also reveals often underestimated potentialities, for evil or for good, as it walks in the construction of its individual and collective history. For many centuries man has been reflecting and creating hypotheses to account for a meaning in life that always escapes him. Some choose to squeeze from the outside, while others turn to themselves. The present work aims to analyze, from the theoretical reference of the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, the unfolding of the personality in the human species. The point of interest is how one develops a human being who is endowed with decision, choice and therefore responsible for his actions. The hypothesis is that this level of commitment to life, and to itself, becomes possible only when man ceases to be a mere automaton to integrate and enable his personality to unfold. Jungian psychotherapy shows a path to such a purpose and appeases the inevitability of the paradoxical dance of which we are constituted. Evil and Well - in every cell of the body - awaiting from us greater awareness, integration, harmony and wholeness. The more the subject manages to look within himself and to recognize the unknown shade and the light that constitutes him, the greater the chances of an attitude coherent with himself and more responsible in the world.
